Coach Williams is in his 4th year as the Lady Maroons' head basketball coach. Josh is in his 6th year as a teacher and coach with Clinton Schools. Coach Williams teaches physical education at Clinton Jr. High School. Coach grew up in nearby Maroa before attending and graduating from Millikin University in 2001. He is in his 12th overall year as a basketball coach, with stops at such schools as Deer Creek-Mackinaw and Midland High Schools. Coach is a big Chicago Cubs and Illini fan. Josh and his wife Cami make their home in Bloomington.

Coach Deeters is in his third year as a member of the girls basketball coaching staff. Justin was previously the head boys coach at Clinton Junior High School. He is in his forth year of social studies teaching at CJHS. Before Clinton, Coach D was an assistant Coach at Dietrich High School. He is a physical education teacher at CJHS. Coach Deeters is a native of Teutopolis, Illinois.

Coach Ennis is in his first year with the Lady Maroons. Brian, a native of Argenta, was a standout athlete for the Bombers in basketball and baseball. He, and wife Tammie, have made their home in Clinton for many years. Coach Ennis' CHS visibility goes well beyond the basketball court. He is the current president of the Clinton Athletic Boosters. Under his leadership, the boosters have raised ten's of thousands of dollars for Clinton Athletics. Brian and Tammie have 3 children, Aaron and Nate, both currently attending college, and CHS junior, Miranda. Welcome to the sidelines, Coach Ennis.
